About us
Outpost is a boutique design studio located in Eagle Rock, on the east side of Los Angeles. We work with a select group of local clients on a variety of web, print and strategic design projects. Our projects range from large-scale ecommerce websites and full identity systems, to small print projects like posters, business cards and packaging.
Job Description
Our summer interns will be involved in every aspect of our studio from business development to delivery of files for print or web development. The position is a unique opportunity to learn how a small design studio functions day-to-day, and to gain hands-on experience developing creative solutions for our clients.
Requirements
We’re looking for currently enrolled or recent graduates from four-year undergraduate or two-year graduate graphic design programs. Applicants should have strong typography and graphic form-making skills, as well as a proficiency with Adobe programs, particularly Photoshop. Experience building pixel-perfect website mockups in Photoshop is a plus. Interns will work on their own computers.
Compensation
This internship is paid.
Time Commitment
This is a full-time position. Start and end dates are flexible.
